Senior Leaders:
The challenges faced by senior leaders are significant. Most significant is that those in senior-level roles are seldom in a position to share their personal development concerns with colleagues. Neither sharing up nor down is appropriate. The greatest value a coach can provide to those leaders in today’s organizations is a safe place to develop personal strategies that will enhance an already-successful career.

Emerging Leaders:
The challenges faced by emerging leaders usually fall into one of two categories:
- Lack of effectiveness in some personal or performance areas have been identified
- The organization recognizes leadership potential and wants to provide the individual with professional support in the development process
New Manager/Leader Assimilation:
The challenges faced by managers/leaders, whether they are new to the organization or new to the role, can result in either a positive or a negative beginning. Providing coaching support during the first months gives the individual the best opportunity for a successful start and provides the team with an opportunity to contribute to this success.
